safety belts

With all the talk about safety belts, would someone please talk about where 
the mounting points should be for a correct installation on both the 105 
spider and 105 GTV.  Are the stock mounting bolt holes sufficient and safe 
in these models, or do additional holes have to be drilled, and where?  
Also, please advise of the brand/manufacturer to consider, and their phone 
numbers. Many thanks.
