Subject headings: Taking credit where credit (?) is due

I specifically prefaced Antonio's suggestion as being "Politely
Requested" that Digesters use logical and informative subject headings
(my terms) rather than Subject: alfa-digest V7 #etc.

I was the one that used the word STUPID regarding those individuals who
persist in making Richard's "Table of Contents" next to worthless
(though absolutely no fault of his--although I continue to lobby for
treating said stupid Subject headings as Spam).

My opinion is there are many individuals on the Digest who treat the
exchange of information as entertainment and could care less. Fair
enough.

There are also those of us who have begun to rely on the Alfa Digest as
a valuable resource of information.

I feel safe in saying those of us who use the Digest in this manner
Archive (okay, save) each and every "issue" of the Digest.

It is Such a major pain in the Arse to Not being able to use Richard's
"Table of Contents" in a logical and informative manner when researching
a specific subject, the word STUPID seems, to me, the only appropriate
one.
