Need Stock Alfa Radio for 1990 Spider

Does anyone know where I can purchase at a reasonable price the stock radio
for a 1990 Spider?  Would this radio have an anti-theft feature?  I would
consider a stock Alfa radio with a CD from the series 4 Spider if I can
somehow retrofit the radio and CD Player.  TIA.
