The (relatively) nice weather here in Connecticut led me to go for an
enjoyable (top-down) drive which led to updating my list of things I gotta
fix which led to browsing the IAP/Centerline catalogues and I spotted this
note:

Page 53 of the IAP catalogue says most Alfa Engines use a 38mm socket but a
1 1/2" socket is almost an exact fit.

I've never tried it, but it seems like a good information source.
