Door Pocket

Hi
I have a 91 Spider Vel.  and the other night my g/f and I were having an
argument.  When she got out of the car,  she slammed the door.  Now the
window won't go down all the way due to the fact that the door pocket
some how has gotten jammed inward and I can not figure how to get it
back out.   What can I do without taking the door panel off?
