Heel & Toe and Doesy doe

In order of preference:

81 GTV6: just about perfect, ditto the Alfetta or Milano

91 164L: some contortion required, use the ball of the foot on the brake 
and the toe to blip the throttle, works best when deep into the brakes, 
which is good.

Any Spider or Berlina I've driven: basically hopeless for my predominantly 
Anglo Saxon physique. Almost as bad as any VW product (heel an toe wise 
that is)

That's my view anyhoo.
