164 Bearing noise

Greeting Digisti!

So, I am having a squeal coming from the engine bay on my 92 164L.   After
looking at the 164 page FAQ, I assume it is the idle bearing.  How do I
test which it is?   How long a job would this be?   Any help from others
who have done this would be greatfully used.
Don't know if this is usefull but I had the waterpump and non oil type
timing belt tensioner done 15K ago.
