Replacement Lamps

Hello Digesters!

I went out looking for 3 watt, 12 volt miniature replacement lamps for th=
e
instrument cluster of one of my cars today. Turns out there's no wattage
information printed on any of the blister packs, just part numbers, and
needless to say, the cross reference for my car was totally erroneous
(surprised they had one at all!)

Anybody out there know where I can find any technical data for this sort =
of
thing?
