There's a cool page that has pictures of the Macchis and the
SAIA Marchetti's that are Alfa (and Fiat) powered.

Besides the aero engines and marine diesel engines, they also built a
diesel locomotive engine way back then.  But then,
Ducati made electronics and cameras, and Moto Guzzi was into
agricultural equipment.
