There has been development on the spider over the years, increased weight, 
more displacement, elevated ride height to meet USA bumper laws, added 
equipment, etc.  My 91 doesn't handle like my 71 and frankly, I don't expect 
it to be an identical driving experience.  But if it's truly loose and sloppy 
in handling, something is WRONG and you must get it FIXED.  There is 
different, there is quaintly antique, there is old design trying to keep up 
with increased demands, and there is BROKEN (and its cousins, WORN OUT and 
ABOUT TO BREAK).  Find out which is which or suffer the consequences!
