Typical Gas Milage for a Milano Verde

With all this talk about oxygen sensors, I was wondering if mine is in need 
of a change.  As far as I know, it is original.  The car is an '88 Milano 
Verde with 125k miles.

Without having to do a voltage check, can other verde owners tell me what 
kind of gas milage they get?  I get 20-22 mpg pretty consistantly, whether it 
is on the highway or stop and go.  It seems a bit low, but what do I know?
