Disk roter removal

Hi All,
 I'm trying to remove the rear disk roter from my 71 Spider.
It looks like the hub mounting face is rusted and it didn't
come off. I striked the roter with a rubber hummer but it didn't 
work. Does anyone have any tips or tricks removing the frozen roter?
