Duetto Heater Hose

Greetings All,
Does anyone know if the heater hoses for Duettos are still being made?
The hose I am looking for is the upper one and it is one of those
"pre-formed" ones.  Assuming these hoses are no longer available,
how does one avoid getting a permanent kink where the hose exits the firewall
and enters the engine compartment?  Thanks ahead of time.
