Redline *is* readily available in Australia.  Well, at least in WA, maybe
not in those obscure Eastern States.  Here is is stocked by Coventrys, the
major auto trade supplier.  Dunno if they exist over there.  Redline have a
web page:

They list the Australian importer as: Red Line Oils PTY LTD, Osborne Park,
