interesting Milano in Berkeley

Saw an interesting looking Milano yesterday. OK, technically it was in 
Emeryville at the Hong Kong East Ocean Restaurant. Had red rear lights and
reflector strip a la Platinum but 14" Gold wheels. Also had a body kit
consisting of lower skirts, deep front spoiler, and rear apron with an
exhaust cutout for twin-pipe Anza tip. The effect was like that of a 75
Evoluzione. Oh, did I mention that the entire car (with the exception of the
plastic side trim pieces) was white?
