administrivia: continued discussion of track days

i asked that the discussion be terminated. i've already privately discussed
the matter with Joe Corbacio, and i'd appreciate it if everyone else
learned to interpret the word stop, when used by me, as meaning stop.

i have asked Joe to refrain from rising to the bait, and it's only fair to
Joe that i get all the rest of you to stop discussing the matter as well.
