All Alfa fans have at least one loose blade...

...and I'm certainly no exception.

To change the plastic fan on a spider, you first have to pull the
radiator. First, drain the radiator. Be careful if you decide to use the
drain in the bottom of the radiator; sometimes the brazed-on nut comes
loose when you attempt to twist off the plug. If this happens, you can
have a radiator shop put it back on. After it's drained, take both of
the radiator hoses loose at one end. Now you will have to remove the
four 10mm nuts and washers which hold the plastic fan shrould onto the
radiator. It's a lot of fun (not). Then push the shroud back away fron
the radiator. Now, take out the two bolts which hold the radiator at the
top (be careful not to lose the rubber bits) and pull the radiator.
Finally, check the shroud for any cracks and repair or replace it as you
see fit.
