Tires/Wheels on a Giulia Super

If anyone is interested in what wheel I am talking about, you can see

In my handbook it list two wheel options, either 155 X 15 or 165 X 14.
Maybe the 14" are specific to the UK?  I have the original wheels
with using 185/70 X 14.

Mike, your web page is awesome, thanks for that.  I'm not sure I got 
the guts to alter the quarter panels.  I'll have to ponder that
