seats

hi,
	i know a guy has two spider seats, new redone with vinyl , my driver seat
is shot, and i want to make him an offer on the seats. he does interiors
for a living, and got stuck by a customer for the seats. my seats are
leather, but i understand to re-do the leather is very expensive. how much
should i offer for the two seats? he said the skins for the two seats was
300.00. i dont want to insult him, or pay too much :).
