164 Bushings

You will find that the shape of the 164 a - arm makes it almost impossible
to press-out the bushing. I suspect this is part of the reason that Alfa
don't consider it a service item.  I have changed two sets of A-arms and
burning out the rubber is fast & easy and causes very little damage to the
protective coating - which is plastic powdercoat. I personally clean them up
and repaint them just for looks.
