82 spider failed emissions test

Hello,
My 82 spider (with 135k miles and Bosch EFI) just failed the California 
emissions test. Here's the results:

At 2500 rpm

At idle

It passed the visual inspection.

I saw in the shop manual that CO at idle should be between .2 and .6 %, and 
I am low there. Could I adjust the screw in the air meter (as the manual 
suggests)? I have recently put on new spark plugs and an O2 sensor, and the 
spark wires are not that old.
