This clamp has become common.  Go to your local auto parts store for the
tool, KD tools makes one.  you need one to tighten the clamp
sufficiently.  When the band is tight just bend the band back on its self
 cut off the excess and center punch the band at the loop.  I can get you
the KD tool number if you need it. just e-mail me.
