no front license plate

hi all,

the front license plate brackets started falling off about 6 months ago - i kept
re-attaching them - even used lock-nuts, they kept falling off.  never lost the
plate, cuz one side would do 1st, then it would dangle.  the last time it
happened, i yust ripped the damned thing off, cuz the 2nd bracket was hanging by
a thread & i dint wanna actually lose the plate.  well, last week, parked here
at the nih, some federal officer actually gave me a $25 ticket!?!  no front
plate!?!  i can see *he* has a lot to do!!!  hope y'all are glad to hear your
federal tax money is hard at work...
