front plates and robocop

A common practice here is to affix those nice accessory plexi covers
over your plates front and rear.  It seems they provide a nice glare to
the photoflash obscuring the plate #  They are legal vs. not running the
front plate (which used to be a fix-it ticket only and now incurs a
fine) which is not.
