I've just done some research on this and here's what I came up with:

Veloce came standard with 15" wheels, a lighted mirror in the passenger 
visor, a neato extension lamp in the glove box, A/C, and a Veloce tag on the 
back.  Perhaps the radio and paint color selection was different. Some of 
these upgrade items (wheels, A/C) were also available at extra cost on the 
normale.  IOW, there was really no difference except the price.

Did I miss something?
