Re: ARRC - ITB Provisional Results

    For those interested, I scanned the results from the ARRC (American Road 
Race of Champions, I think) held at Road Atlanta this weekend.  The only 
Alfas listed in the results I saw were in ITB: 

16th was MARC STERN       SAVANNAH GA          ALFA ROMEO SPIDER
and
19th was PATRICK PEGUES   LEESBURG VA          74 ALFA ROMEO  

    If anyone has a e mail address on either of the above two racers, please 
send it to me.  There were no Alfas listed as running in ITS, the only other 
IT class where Alfas are classified.

    On a personal note, my 84 ITB Alfa Spider pits me against the Mid Div 
Champion, Chris Albion of St. Louis.  Chris just won the national 
championship in ITB, again!  He drives an 87 VW Golf GT. He also co drove to 
victory in the ITB enduro held today.  I am going to have to improve a bunch 
to beat him.
    As a result, I have been eagerly following the recent discussion of 
"wheel in the air" GTA's and Alfa racing suspension set up.  Beats heck out 
of my stereo is louder than your stereo discussions on other lists.

    If anyone wants results on a specific class at ARRC, please let me know 
off line.  I will send you the information I have.
