Front sway bar

Does anyone know what the stock diameter of the front sway bar is on my '93
Spider Veloce?

Does anyone know where I can get a stiffer sway bar for the front? IAP and
AR Ricambi don't list one on their web site.

(I'm not sure I'd want to go stiff in the front anyway, the car understeers
like mad now... does the understeer come from the camber change or from the
weight transfer?)
