spica starting solenoid

Hi!
    found out yesterday why my '74 spica spider is so hard to start in
    cold weather, the solenoid on the spica pump which enriches the
    mixture while cranking the engine (powered from the adjacent starter)
    is defunct.  the Ingram manual says that the soleniod itself rarely
    fails, but mine clearly has.  Is there anywhere that a functional
    starting solenoid might be purchased?
