Fuel pressure?

I tired to drive my car this weekend after finally fixing the idle
problem, but it would not start at all. The car is a 1988 Spider.

Here is what I found.
    1. I have spark - New plugs, rotor,cap,coil.
    2. No air leaks in the intake system (just finished fixing them)
    3. I have been having cold start problems for a period of time, each
week getting progressively worse.
    4. Cold start injector sprays after 10-15 seconds of cranking.
    5. New temp sensors.
    6. Over 11 volts at battery when cranking

I am at the point where I am ready to sell the car unless I can get it
to run soon.

My question is how do I check fuel pressure? I verified that the fuel
pump is working (humming sound). I think that I am loosing pressure in
the fuel system which is leading to my no start problem. would this
seem correct?

If anyone has any ideas, or hints, please send me a email

Thank you
