Nizam,  I just drove at least 600 mis of California highways and no one I saw 
drove less than 85.  Many near 100.  A red light out there means downshift.  
Radar Schmadar these people are transformed when they shut the car door and 
pull out the keys.  There is no mercy shown out there.  Only New Mexico is as 
fast.
