I agree, but I think they have all the market research they can use from 
professionals in the field. When I bought my 164 new, ARDONA sent me follow 
up questionaires, on how I liked my car, what I would improve, how I liked my 
dealer, etc. Naturally they stopped coming after they made their fateful 
decision. They also sent a nice glossy magazine from time to time, featuring 
Alfas of old, and articles about "Alfa people." 

What I would like to see is the Alfa tech rep(s) answering some of the 
questions posted here. While they may not even be as good as some of the 
people we have here, (!) they certainly posess knowledge that might make our 
lives a bit easier. 

It would be a nice demonstration of returned support from the firm. I have no 
doubt that ARDONA knows full well of the existence of this forum.
