Patches

My wife is looking for a certain sew-on patch for our jackets: the Alfa 
Quadrifolio on a triangle background.  A couple of years ago I found a site 
that sold these.  Now all I can find is the decal for the cars, or an 
enamel trim piece.  We need the cloth patch.

Anybody have an idea?  Thanks!
