Japan F1 and Milano Coolant

Greetings...

As winter approaches, I am about to flush and replenish the cooling system in my
'89 Milano Gold.  Someone has mentioned that there are two drain plugs on the
the engine block (one for each bank of cylinders).  Can anyone one point me in
the right direction?.. Are they accesible from beneath the car or are extreme
measures needed to drain the system?..
