Jack, one of the easiest ways to remove overspray on glass is to use acetone. 
 The paint comes off quickly and you can use a Q tip to get into places that 
a scraper would not work.  Don't get on finished surface, it will bubble 
finished paint quickly or remove a clear coat.  Also don't forget how 
flammible the stuff is.  Works great on chrome/stainless too.  For rubber, 
use mineral spirits and clean with soapy water following and then your choice 
of rubber protectant.
