Posting for a digest-impaired friend,

'78 Spider for sale.  107K miles more or less, smokes no more now than it
did 50K ago, suspension improvements include new Konis, Shankle Super Sport
springs and sway bars, adjustable control arms, all new bushings.  New
steering box.  Original paint was ivory, then painted metallic brown which
matches the small amount of surface rust; no rust in floor pans, rockers, or
any of that bad stuff.  The paint is ugly and the top ain't that good; rear
plastic window fogged and has a small crack.
Smog stuff has been removed.  Air pump included in a box, but there is no
bracket.  European exhaust manifold fitted; smog fitted manifold also in a
box.  This car HAS actually been exempted at one time by CARB; it has been
in eastern Washington since '92.  Has outlasted the owner's Pantera by a
long shot and might outlast his 308 (NFS).  Hell, it might outlast his
Camry!  He's a Nuke Materials Engineer, does things right.
Car's currently in Kennewick, Washington.
Asking $2,000 obo, desire trade toward 105 GTV most earnestly.  Help this
man put a roof over his head.
