need a digest thread

i've accidentally erased the thread on the speeding tickets, and i want
to send it to someone who will be interested.  since i'm not
internet-connected here from home (no bashing, please!) i can't get into
the archives.  could someone send me (not in html) the digest, or its
segment, with the original post or running thread.
