GTV 2.0 Turbo

Has anyone come across this model? They don't sell them for the UK market. 
I wondered whether anyone could advise me on how difficult it would be to 
modify the car to a right hand drive (RHD). I would need a replacement 
dashboard and a loom extension. However mechanically, would it be possible 
to make the conversion to a RHD.
Any advice much appreciated..
