164 Dizzy cap and Robert Hardwick causes program crash

Hi,
On the Halfords dizzy cap I put the new cap on before removing the 
wires from the old one then replaced them one at a time!
Also can Robert Hardwick of Seattle explain why when I scan past his 
posting on V7#1093 my mail package gets a protection fault and shuts 
down. I can only get back into my Pegasus mail (work package so not 
my fault!) by re-booting windows.
