Re: Auto Museums in Europe

   We will be travelling in Northern Germany, the Benelux countries and
   Denmark. Are there any worthwhile auto museums that digest members
   recommend? One we are aware of is the one in Eisenach. Have any of
you
   been there? If so, what's your opinion of it?

A must see in Denmark is Egeskov Castle in the south of Fyn (the island
between Jutland - the
main peninsula - and Seeland - the island where Copenhagen is situated).

Apart from the castle itself which is quite beautiful they have a VERY
large collection of vintage
and classic cars and motorcycles.

Also you must go and see Aalholm castle which is basically the same
principle as Egeskov - a nice
castle and a huge collection of cars and motorcycles. Aalholm is
situated some 100-150 km or so
south of Copenhagen.

Check:

"http://www.aalholm.dk";
