Beta gearboxes

My only experience with Lancia is my current '79 Zagato and '81 Coupe.
Both have over 100k miles on them, and both shift nicely still. Although
far from being even close to smoothly shifting modern trannies, it is
still an improvement over numerous Alfas that I had with 2nd gear
synchro problems.
