Amazon.com has out of print book titles such as the one you listed.  I have 
ordered similar titles in the past and they do a search of used book stores 
they are associated with and often come up with the book.  They will locate 
it and quote a price before charging you.   I know we all have reservations 
about these net giants but sometimes.......
