Brake Conversion for 33

Hi,

I have a '91 33 16V Cloverleaf. My mechanic tells me (and I agree with him) that 
I basicaly need to replace the entire rear brakes mechanism. Since this is going 
to cost a few quid I was considering doing a conversion from drum to disk brakes 
at the back. Has anyone tried this?? How much did it cost?? What did they use??
