alfa v6 emissions w/o cat

Has anyone with an alfa v6 without a cat had their emissions test
reading for nitrogen oxides (NO) lower than 1163 ppm?  If so, I may not
have to replace my front stebro section - at least for two more years
when I will again need to be tested and the Atlanta standards may be
