76 Spider for sale

76 Spider for sale in TN.  The car runs well, has dual webbers, a new clutch, 
fresh tune up, new tach and speedo cables and really nice wire wheels.  On 
the down side the top is worn to the point that it leaks, it has rust bubbles 
on the rockers and rear wheel arches, half of the spare tire well is rusted 
away, and the gas tank lip is very rusty.  I am asking $1200 but am open to
