Rear trailing arm problem

Dear Alfaists
I was replacing the shocks and springs in the rear of my 74 spider this
weekend.  The drivers side went real smoothly but the passenger side has
turned out to have a few problems.  The bushings inside the trailing arms
have seemed to be stuck (with the bolt inside). I cut the bolt so the arm
falls but I have no idea on how to get the bushings/ bolt out.
Any ideas?
