Lost crank plugs

I would just like to add that when my '78 Spider dropped a plug the oil
pressure was near 0 regardless of RPM. But it was never all that high
anyway, maybe 25-35psi at speed. The car had 100k miles, and it happened
in Southern Arizona. I would never run a car without those plugs in
place though, whether the crank is nitrited or not.
