Spider crankshaft plugs

The guy who got me into Alfas, my dad, has been without for over
a year. Now he's found a very well-maintained '74 Spider that
he's going to buy. Biggest issue is the oil pressure, which
reads 35psi at cruising speed when warm. Silicon Valley
Performance says it is due to "crankshaft oil plugs". What are
these and how big a deal is it to get sorted out?
