first, you might try contacting rugh or ar ricambi and find out what they
recommend for their components.

second, there is no 'right' answer.  in general, i've found that a degree of
negative camber, give or take (depending on whether you'll be spending time
on street or track), a degree and a half or more caster, and a factory toe
settings, but have it set on the lower end of the spectrum.

finally, to get proper alignment and tire pressures, you might consider
buying or borrowing a pyrometer.  you can measure the temps across the tire
surface to set camber and tire pressures.
