164/75 TS oil filter

Taking a look at the 164TS oil filter the other day (This
engine is the same as the 75 TS).

The filter looks the same as a Tecneco OL344 - 3/4" 16 UNF 
thread, anti-drain valve, filter is approx 4" in height.
The Technocar 344 filter is an identical replacement.

Has anyone tried using this filter on a TwinSpark engine?
Known problems?  Experiences?  Views & opinions (apart from
"only use AR oil filters" :-) )
