urgent red koni info request

For various reasons (bad carb fuel pump, rotate tires) my 77 spider is on 
jack stands.  When I put my konis on, being a macho type of guy, I set them 
hard.  I want to soften 'em up a little but don't remember which way to turn 
is what.  The Koni web page was no help, so I'm asking where I know someone 
knows.   Common sense sez cc soften, cw hard but-----.  Any suggestions for 
Koni settings on a 77 spider with all new suspension bushings and  yellow 
centerline springs welcome.  As is she handles great but I can feel every 
pebble in the road-----
